Update: I emailed my realtor last night and she said the bank said that b/c the co-lender started a new job she has to show a full month of paychecks, and that will be completed on Oct. 15th, so closing could be Oct. 16th. Of course back a month ago I thought we would be done on Oct. 9th and scheduled to do "my event" for our new homeschool group.(an all day field trip on Michigan history)...on Oct. 16th!!!! Of course! So, we will have to see if we can do it electronically. So we are pushed out at least another week! I really wish our realtor would have put in the bidding that "we would close in 30 days", but we are her first house to sell and apparently she didn't think about that---we did our counter bidding back in August and are still waiting for these people. Unbelievable really!
Dh took the radiator out of the van at 4 am this morning, so we are down to one car until he can buy a new radiator and put it in....prayers appreciated on that job..please.
