seeds in a glove experiment

Remember a few weeks ago we went to the Children's Museum and did a science experiment--we put 4 different seeds into a clear glove with a cotton ball and some water.  Here are the recent pictures from this week.  We took Dd's seeds out a week ago and planted them in this planter.  Today we planted my seeds into the same planter.  It was cool watching the roots grow - I could see through the clear plastic; but decided it was time to plant the plants as they were outgrowing the glove.

The compromise we made by moving into this neighborhood is that we can look out our back windows and see this--and pretend we are in some open space.
